Association des Etats Généraux des Etudiants de l’Europe, Belgium

“Hello there...

...we are the European Students Forum AEGEE (“Association des Etats Généraux des Etudiants de l’Europe”). As the name suggests, our target group are students and young people in Europe. We support intercultural exchange by encouraging them to travel across Europe, and we foster their personal development – also outside of schools or universities. It goes without saying that our organisation spreads all over Europe with 200 local groups in 40 different countries. The EUth-project is therefore a great chance for us, to improve the communication within our huge network: We want to implement EUth-systems as the main consultation and participation tool for AEGEE. As one of three pilot projects within the EUth Living Lab, we are implementing and testing the tool before it goes live, and thus get the chance to have a say in the development phase. We are convinced: youth participation can be increased – we just need efficient and user-friendly tools!”
